Learning Support Professional for SEMH Students

Zen Educate is a leading provider of educational services, seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team at a special needs college in Gloucester. As a full-time Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one assistance and small group work to students with SEMH needs.
We require someone who can administer personal care, use hoist equipment, and demonstrate empathy, patience, and proactivity in ensuring students achieve their goals. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to student healthcare plans are essential.
The successful candidate will possess an enhanced DBS certificate or apply for one upon employment. Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
