About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our Member Advisor team at Healix Group of Companies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients and members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve set performance levels and deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Co-ordination Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, providing coaching and training to team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service or claims assessment environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address performance gaps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
