About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for leading the customer service team and ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to customers in the cash office and checkout area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service in the checkout area.
  • Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to customers.
  • Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area.
  • Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines.
  • Ensure company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times.

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and driven team player with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have experience managing a small to medium-sized team in a fast-paced retail environment, strong numerical and problem-solving skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to think on their feet.
