About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Healix Group of Companies. As a key member of our Member Advisor team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve set performance levels and deliver outstanding service to clients and members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Claims Co-ordination Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, providing coaching and training to team members as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
