Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented administrators to provide essential support in the delivery of non-clinical services to our clients. This role involves collaborating with Case Managers and Operations Managers within our Multi-track and CAT teams to facilitate effective rehabilitation services through comprehensive administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful and professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to help clients achieve their rehabilitation objectives efficiently.
- Assist the Rehabilitation Case Manager with travel logistics and transportation for meetings and visits.
- Contribute to the creation of professional reports, referral letters, and correspondence to enhance client management.
- Support Case Managers in ensuring accurate billing and invoicing of client files according to established practices and agreements.

Administrative Duties
- Deliver full administrative services in alignment with service standards and KPIs, including:
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications (calls, messages, case notes)
- Document production and editing
- Data entry and management of client files
- Proactively manage your task list within agreed timelines while communicating effectively with Case Managers and Operations Managers to prioritize tasks as needed.

Technical Proficiency
- Regularly utilize the Case Management System (CMS) and MS Office software, along with other office equipment such as scanners and printers.

Essential Qualifications
- A compassionate and empathetic approach
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Proficient in computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail in case documentation and data entry
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with social care and NHS services
- Understanding of the personal injury rehabilitation sector
- At least one year of experience in administrative or case management support
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Math and English.
