Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, your duties will encompass:
- Providing safe, high-quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
- Leading and supervising a team, while coordinating staff training and resources.
- Assisting in the management and organization of care delivery within the Operating Department.
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at quality improvement.
- Enhancing the skills and knowledge of yourself and your colleagues.
- Promoting and applying best evidence-based practices.

Ideal Candidate:

- Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in coordination, ordering, and mentoring.
- Surgical First Assistant certification is desirable.
- ILS and Mentorship qualification.
- Experience in ENT, Orthopaedic, General surgery, and Neuro preferred.
