Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Scrub Practitioner, your duties will encompass:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Registered Practitioner status with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in coordination, ordering, and mentoring.
  • Surgical First Assistant certification is desirable.
  • ILS and Mentorship qualification.
  • Experience in ENT, Orthopaedic, General surgery, and Neuro preferred.
