Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative support in the realm of rehabilitation services. This role is pivotal in assisting Case Managers and Operations Managers in delivering high-quality non-clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful and professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to aid in achieving rehabilitation objectives efficiently.
- Assist the Rehabilitation Case Manager with logistical arrangements for meetings and site visits.
- Contribute to the creation of professional documentation, including reports and correspondence, to facilitate effective client management.
- Support Case Managers in ensuring accurate billing and invoicing of client files in accordance with established practices and agreements.

Administrative Duties
- Deliver comprehensive administrative services, including handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Proactively manage your task list, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines while collaborating with Case Managers and Operations Managers.

Technical Proficiency
- Regularly utilize Case Management Systems (CMS) and MS Office applications, alongside other office equipment, to perform tasks efficiently.

Essential Qualifications
- A compassionate and empathetic approach
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer and keyboard usage
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail in documentation and data entry
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.

Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with social care and NHS services
- Understanding of the personal injury rehabilitation sector
- Minimum of one year of relevant administrative or support experience
- At least 5 GCSEs, including Math and English.
