Rehabilitation Services Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative support within our rehabilitation services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of non-clinical services, assisting Case Managers and Operations Managers in achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders to facilitate effective rehabilitation.
- Assist the Rehabilitation Case Manager with logistical arrangements for meetings and client visits.
- Prepare and produce professional documentation, including reports and correspondence, to support client management.
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing of client files in accordance with established protocols.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative services, including handling calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Proactively manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines while collaborating with Case Managers and Operations Managers.
Required Skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Strong administrative capabilities with proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with social care and NHS services.
- Understanding of the personal injury rehabilitation sector and prior experience in a related field.
- Minimum of one year in an administrative or support role within rehabilitation or case management.
