Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Kameo Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional front of house service to visitors, clients, and colleagues
  • Manage incoming emails, mail, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Arrange meetings, lunches, and events, ensuring seamless logistics
  • Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks, including credit card reconciliation and IT coordination
  • Assist with office events and maintain a clean and organized workspace
