Kameo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join their team in Cambridge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional front of house service, welcoming visitors and handling mail and emails.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including worldwide travel reservations and visa requirements.
- Efficiently manage office supplies, facilities, and contractor relationships.
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.
- Assist with office events and provide IT support for new starters.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
