Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Eclectic Recruitment. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Arrange meetings, lunches, and training sessions
  • Assist with events and exhibitions
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
