Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Office Manager to join our team at RedTech Recruitment Ltd. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and ensure an excellent first impression
  • Maintain meeting room bookings and manage daily operations
  • Support in resolving maintenance and repairs issues
  • Order administration supplies and manage internal policies
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Great IT skills with Microsoft Office
  • No prior experience necessary
