Control System Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Control System Development Engineer to join our team in Glenrothes, Fife. As a Control System Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing control software for various industries. This will involve utilising PLC programming and SCADA knowledge to deliver solutions to clients while ensuring all activities are carried out to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop control software for various industries using PLC programming and SCADA knowledge.
• Collaborate with the project team and management to ensure the solution provided is of optimum cost while being technically acceptable and in accordance with client specifications, current legislation, and company offers.
• Provide automation and process control system development, software, and hardware solutions. Offer testing, commissioning, and documentation as required for all projects and tasks.
• The engineer will be responsible for delivering all Control Systems projects allocated to them. They will work closely with the Project Engineer/Manager.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of PLC programming and SCADA knowledge.
• Experience in designing and developing control software for various industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
