Care Support Worker

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, following individual care plans and assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements.
We are looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and able to work independently, with minimal supervision. You will need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and dignity at all times.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care, we want to hear from you
