Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Benefits Manager, playing a critical role in modernising the NHS's data platform estate. As a key member of the Platform Modernisation Programme, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and realisation of benefits across the programme, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align benefits management with the programme's strategic objectives, providing timely updates and reports to senior stakeholders. Your expertise in benefits management, including the application of a Benefits Management Framework and integration of benefits approaches into business processes, will be essential in delivering real value to patients and healthcare providers.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Manager to join our team. If you have a Master's level or equivalent qualification/experience in a related field, a recognised Benefits Management qualification, and strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and realisation of benefits across the programme
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align benefits management with the programme's strategic objectives
  • Provide timely updates and reports to senior stakeholders
  • Apply a Benefits Management Framework and integrate benefits approaches into business processes

Requirements:

  • Master's level or equivalent qualification/experience in a related field
  • Recognised Benefits Management qualification
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
