We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process web-based orders and those from smaller trade accounts
  • Provide product information and create quotations
  • Monitor internal stock levels and confirm prices and delivery timelines with customers
  • Assist with international shipping paperwork
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service or sales administration role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
