Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage supply contracts with decision-makers.
  • Own and manage your own pipeline of customers, combining data and prospecting for new leads.
  • Interact with customers via phone and email to assess their energy requirements and distribute our services accordingly.
  • Provide monthly pipeline updates, forecasts, and position reports to management.
  • Conduct business with integrity, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet internal compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Some time will be spent working in a field-based capacity, networking, and face-to-face with clients.
  • Build relationships with our energy supplier partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships over the phone and via email.
  • Keen sales enthusiast with a track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Proactive self-motivator willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
  • Essential energy industry knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
