Care Assistant Job Summary

We are recruiting a Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester care home in Colchester. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or certificate in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a care setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A starting salary of £8.20 per hour, increasing to £9.20 after 6 months.
