About the Role:
As a Waking Night Support Worker at Vibrance, you will maintain high standards of service, provide emotional support, and help residents live a full, active life both at home and in the community.
You will work closely with our exceptional team to create a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and well-being.

Requirements:
- Caring and patient nature
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in professional care (desired)
