Job Title: B2B Head of Marketing

We're seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts for a high-growth and stable Crypto SaaS platform. Based in London or Amsterdam, this is a remote role that offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies in the rapidly evolving Web3 B2B RegTech SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead tailored multi-channel marketing campaigns to improve user experiences for key stakeholders.
  • Mentor a global marketing team for accountability and creativity, aligning marketing with product, sales, and customer success goals.
  • Track KPIs to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven marketing leader with a background of B2B experience, driving campaigns into institutional-type companies.
  • Solid understanding of the Blockchain and Crypto markets.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3 years in RegTech/FinTech leadership.
  • Expertise in blockchain and institutional/governmental client marketing.
  • Proven success in global B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand management.
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
