About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an annual fundraising plan to raise at least $3,000,000 annually. This will involve cultivating individual and major donors, writing and managing foundation grants, securing corporate sponsorships, coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, and developing a robust digital giving platform.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in non-profit fundraising. They will also have proficiency in CRM, fundraising, and donor database software, as well as electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and slide presentation software.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience, plus merit bonuses and compensation increases after each annual performance review. Our benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match.
