Communications Manager – People & Culture

We're seeking a creative and dynamic communications specialist to lead on internal and external communications strategies, supporting our culture and reputation as an employer of choice.

The role involves leading on or sponsoring the development and delivery of internal communications and engagement activities for our People and Culture priorities, including fairness, inclusion, and belonging, wellbeing, induction, recognition, and celebrations.

You'll also support recruitment priorities and develop and reinforce our family business's reputation through external communications strategies and activities, including employee advocacy, content creation, and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering communications and engagement strategies that support our employee value proposition and employer brand
  • Forming strong alliances with internal stakeholders to agree priorities, set objectives, and support impactful communication strategies
  • Leading and coaching others
  • Working in both the long and short term, and at both the strategic and detail level
