Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Exponent. As a key member of our Biocides Regulatory Team, you will play a crucial role in providing regulatory and technical expertise to support the approval of new and existing active substances at community level and the authorisation of biocide products on a national, EU and global basis.

Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting consultancy work in the biocides sector, including supporting products in a regulatory setting, preparing technical reports and dossiers, and managing project work programmes.
  • Representing clients at meetings with regulatory authorities or within industry consortia.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for EU and global regulatory authorisations.
  • Providing strategic regulatory advice.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc in a scientific discipline.
  • Recognised expertise in biocides.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude.
