**Job Title:**

Accounts and HR Co-ordinator

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving travel company as their new Accounts and HR Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent HR skills, knowledge of employment legislation and be able to provide guidance to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a day-to-day basis.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and objective manner.
  • Monitor and review HR policies and processes to ensure they are up to date and effective.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide performance management guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and implement training programs.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics to help the business make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in a HR role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level proficiency in HR software.
