Business Manager - Luxury Beauty Retail

About Tom Ford

We're a luxury beauty brand seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead our team and drive sales, customer service, and operational targets in our Selfridges London store. As a Business Manager, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team, ensuring they meet KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the Tom Ford luxury experience, providing personalized assistance and exceptional customer service.
  • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, fostering client loyalty and confidence while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Be an expert on all product information to guide customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transactions and assist both on and off the sales floor.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
  • Capture customer details for CRM purposes, maintaining relationships and ensuring after-sales follow-up.
  • Stay updated on beauty and fragrance trends, product knowledge, and brand information through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
  • Manage growth of your personal Tom Ford business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.

Qualifications:

  • Retail management experience preferably within luxury beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting and exceeding sales, KPI, and customer service targets.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Strong passion for luxury beauty and fragrance related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide inspirational and authentic customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
