Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Balmain Beauty Ambassador team in Selfridges. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while embodying and expressing the Balmain vision to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized assistance and luxury customer service to customers, conveying Balmain beauty values and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Serve as a passionate Brand Ambassador, fostering client loyalty and confidence while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products to effectively guide customers and provide expert advice.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transactions and assist both on and off the sales floor, adhering to Balmain luxury service standards and hygiene.
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
  • Capture customer details for CRM purposes, maintaining relationships and ensuring after-sales follow-up.
  • Stay updated on beauty and fragrance trends, product knowledge, and brand information through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
  • Manage growth of your personal Balmain Beauty business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.
  • Present a professional image and uphold the brand's standards of presentation and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for beauty, fragrance, and make-up.
  • Understanding of luxury retail and excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing inspirational and authentic customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
  • Flexibility across days/hours.
  • Proof of Right to live and work in the country.
