Customer Experience Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Operations Manager - Global Projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making. This role is responsible for managing complex projects that drive business growth and profitability, while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, and developing solutions to address key business challenges
* Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and meeting or exceeding quality standards
* Analyzing project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, functional leads, and external partners
This position requires a results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are essential.
