Customer Experience Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Operations Manager to join our team at GPE. As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience of managing a large commercial property with a total net floor space above 100,000 Sq/Ft.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a comprehensive health insurance plan, generous pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are always immaculately presented and that customer expectations are consistently exceeded. You will work closely with our service partner management teams to drive performance and innovation, unlocking barriers to success through collaborative working.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their business needs and drivers.
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer queries and providing effective communication.
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and ensuring that all properties are presented in an exceptional manner.
  • Reacting to all minor and emergency repairs in a safe and timely manner.
