About the Role

As a Merchandise Admin Assistant at Superdry, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the right product is in the right place at the right time. This position requires strong analytical and numerical skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate stock to stores in line with agreed assortment plans and trading activities.
  • Accurately execute allocations in line with agreed standard quantities and trading parameters.
  • Manage line print inventory.
  • Support the Assistant Branch Merchandiser and Branch Merch Leads with administrative activities and reporting.
  • Assist with inter-store transfers, recalls, and stock builds.
  • Strive for high-quality work through continuous checking, reflection, and questioning.
  • Collaborate with the Core Merchandising team to ensure range strategy is executed in line with plans.
  • Build knowledge of the wider trading environment to prioritize top-performing stores.
  • Support focus store actions and projects.

Requirements

  • A background in retail, looking to build a career in Merchandising.
  • Naturally analytical with excellent numerical skills.
  • Able to multitask and identify priorities, taking personal responsibility to deliver.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Will to learn new skills and implement them quickly.
  • Enthusiastic and confident, with the ability to interact well with people at all levels.
  • Adept at picking up new systems, with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
