We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a crucial part in supporting our merchandising team with planning, trading, and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain accurate range plans to ensure optimal product availability and inventory levels.
- Support the creation and delivery of daily reports to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Review and update stock levels in the Warehouse Stock System Interface (WSSI) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the trading team to provide key insights and recommendations for stock transfers between stores.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying teams to drive sales and profitability.
- Manage cash and option counts in line with buying counterparts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate intake and delivery schedules to ensure seamless product flow.
- Stay up-to-date with critical path activities and provide timely updates to the buying team.
