About the Role

As a key member of the Superdry Merchandising team, you will play a vital role in planning and executing global product ranges across retail stores and e-commerce platforms. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Buying team to create the best possible ranges, while also providing proactive support to the Merchandiser and Junior Merchandisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of historical data to support analysis of trends and forecasts.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Merchandiser, managing range plans and ensuring timely execution.
  • Update and maintain the WSSI to support stock control and optimize inventory levels.
  • Analyze weekly trade data and propose suitable actions to drive performance and maximize sales.
  • Work closely with the Branch Merchandising team to ensure seamless execution of planned ranges in stores.
  • Support and develop the Merchandising Administration Assistants in the department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Merchandiser, ideally in a large fashion retailer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong user of Microsoft Excel, with expertise in working with high volumes of data and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Commercially astute, with a deep understanding of customer profiles, product ranges, and competitors.
  • Experienced in leading, developing, and managing others.
  • Based within commuting distance of Cheltenham or willing to relocate.
