About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our residents, providing a high level of service and support to ensure their comfort and well-being.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, including maintenance, administration, and customer service. You will work closely with our residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong administrative background, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have a background in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or a similar sector, we would love to hear from you.

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
