About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, managing the maintenance of the property, and coordinating activities and events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent administration skills, and a background in customer service. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, including managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and providing a first-class service to Owners.

About you

You will be an outgoing and friendly person with a love of people, able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of customers, contractors, and internal colleagues.

You will be responsible for supporting the Area Manager in the management of the Lodge, including administering the maintenance of the site, coordinating events, and providing a high level of customer service.
