Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and suppliers, and will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise.
In addition to your customer service skills, you will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating activities and events, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and records are up to date.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents, contractors, and suppliers
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge
* Ensure the safety and security of residents

* Manage maintenance and repairs
* Coordinate activities and events
* Ensure all necessary paperwork and records are up to date
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
