About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Stanley Lodge, a stunning development of 34 brand new retirement apartments situated close to Epsom Downs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including co-ordinating activities, managing contractors, and providing a first-class service to residents.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a background in administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to residents
  • Co-ordinate activities and events for residents
  • Manage contractors and suppliers
  • Complete health and safety checks

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role or industry
  • Accomplished administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
