About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our Peripatetic Service as a Care and Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To promote independence and deliver a quality service to enable service users to remain in their own homes.
  • To ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect, and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services.
  • To work within national guidelines and standards to deliver person-centred care at every opportunity.
