Job Title: Peripatetic Co-ordination Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Peripatetic Co-ordination Support Officer to join our Adult Social Care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to social care professionals, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers excellent benefits and a comprehensive induction programme. You will be based at Grange View, Outwood, but will also work with the Adults West Locality Team at Waterton House on a set number of days. You will be required to support other teams within Adult Social Care both remotely and with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to social care professionals, including diary management, planning, and organisation of work.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, including telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
  • Knowledge and understanding of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great team working skills and excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Minute taking experience or a willingness to learn.
