Futures Unlocked is seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Chaplain to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire/Coventry area.

As a Community Chaplain, you will play a vital role in supporting ex-offenders reintegrate into the community, working closely with matched volunteer mentors and local service providers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, mentors, and other stakeholders.

We are offering a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus 25 days' holiday entitlement and Bank Holidays, as well as opportunities for professional development and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out client interviews, sifts, and assessments, attending resettlement prisons and other prisons as required.
  • Manage client case files, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Bid for local funding from organisations and promotional events, working with the Operations Manager.
  • Undertake training and development as agreed with the Operations Manager.
