About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the management and governance of swim classes, including programming, marketing, and sales. You will also be responsible for the continual improvement of site standards with internal swim instructors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement swim class programming to meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage and govern swim classes, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
  • Market and sell swim classes to our clients
  • Work with internal swim instructors to improve site standards and provide feedback and coaching
  • Model responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a confident, approachable manner and great communication skills. You will also need to have an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification and recent experience of teaching swimming. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for swimming and a desire to inspire others.
