Swim Program Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our swimming programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective swim class programming, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment management.
- Manage and maintain a team of swim instructors, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and improve site standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase swim class participation and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of Nuffield Health.
Requirements
- ASA or STA Level 2 qualification and recent experience of teaching swimming.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
