About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the management and governance of swim classes, including programming, marketing, and sales. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of site management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement swim class programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage and coordinate swim instructor schedules and training
  • Monitor and improve site standards and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate the swim team to achieve excellent customer service and sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AASA or STA Level 2 qualification in swimming instruction
  • Recent experience in teaching swimming and managing swim programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for swimming and customer service
