About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's West Byfleet Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the management and governance of swim classes, including programming, marketing, and sales. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement swim class programs that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
  • Manage and coordinate swim instructor schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor and improve swim class attendance, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve site standards.
  • Model responsible and appropriate conduct for all team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a swim management or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
