About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our swimming programs, ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective swim class programming, including scheduling, staffing, and marketing.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all clients receive a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of swim instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality lessons.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of swim programs with other services offered by Nuffield Health.

Requirements

  • ASA or STA Level 2 qualification and recent experience of teaching swimming.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality programs.
