About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health's West Byfleet Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. As a Swim Manager, you will be responsible for the management and governance of swim classes, including programming, marketing, and sales. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of swim programs, as well as the management of swim instructors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement swim programs that meet the needs of our clients, including children, adults, and seniors.
- Manage and coordinate swim classes, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment.
- Market and sell swim programs to our clients, including promoting our services and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage and develop swim instructors, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure that all swim programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
