Key Responsibilities

The Studio Administrator will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing studio policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
  2. Preparing agendas and information for meetings
  3. Understanding client needs and assisting in completing client-facing status reports
  4. Administering IT consultants and suppliers
  5. Ensuring studio facilities and IT resources are in good working order
  6. Assisting with financial tasks such as issuing proposals and invoices
  7. SUPPORTING MARKETING EFFORTS AND NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
  8. Maintaining quality assurance procedures and updating QA manuals as needed
  9. Coordinating studio events and managing HR-related tasks
  10. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well in a team
