About the Role:

We are seeking a Retailer Support and Administration Manager to join our Centre Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the Centre Management office, involving direct interaction with our retailers to support their business needs and gather essential feedback on sales and trading performance.

This role requires strong organizational skills and a solid work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for emergency procedures.
  • Update retailer keyholder information regularly.
  • Manage the annual distribution and collation of occupier surveys.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
