Training Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support.
About the Role:
This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to our Education Team, including delivering digital training, setting up break out rooms, and providing on-the-day event support.
You will also assist with face-to-face training tasks, such as booking venues, making accommodation bookings, and contributing to the production and maintenance of educational materials and presentation slides.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will also require technical skills, including proficiency in MS Teams and other relevant software.
With a salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in education support.
