We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Support Professional to join our established Trade Marks team in London.

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations, and offering bespoke assistance to our Trade Marks department.

The ideal candidate should hold:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support, preferably in the IP/Trade Marks sector.
  • The ability to handle high-volume invoicing and e-billing systems with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

In return for your exceptional organisational skills and passion for administrative support, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, a hybrid working arrangement to promote a good work/life balance, and the opportunity to work with a leading firm in London.
