About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Building Services Development Manager to join our team at Interaction Construction in Norwich. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work on diverse building and civil engineering projects while developing your expertise in design and commissioning coordination.

Job Summary:
In this key position, you will provide leadership and guidance to our multidisciplinary contractor design team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. Your responsibilities will include evaluating pre-contract quotes and technical submissions, coordinating commissioning and handover procedures, and providing mentorship to junior staff members. Furthermore, you will collaborate with construction teams to achieve project objectives and contribute to Construction Group tender submissions.

Duties:
* Oversee the evaluation of tender drawings and specifications* Develop and implement efficient commissioning and handover procedures* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues* Collaborate with construction teams to achieve project goals* Provide training and guidance to junior staff members* Participate in Construction Group tender submissions and bid development* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation* Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of Building Regulations and Legislation. A competitive salary of around £70,000-£90,000 per annum is offered, recognizing your expertise and commitment to delivering top-notch results.
