Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Area Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business development in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading new business development activities, writing profitable new business, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development activities in the region
- Write profitable new business and manage the team's sales funnels
- Collaborate with Division Manager and VP of Sales to establish New Business objectives
- Work with divisional and operations management to support the sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry with proven leadership ability
What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
